Dr. Elba Pagan-Rosa, of Miami, brings a wealth of clinical and education experience as a 38-year veteran of the physician assistant profession. Her clinical skills extend from emergency medicine, prisoner health, substance abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, and now international health. She has been in education for the last 20 years specializing in the anatomical, biological, and physical sciences. She has served in the capacity as educator, mentor, trainer, and sponsor. Her interest is in international health, bringing health care and training to underserved areas, such as, Quito, Columbia, Haiti, Jamaica, and Rwanda, Africa.
