Shaina Jerome is a highly motivated healthcare professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in both administration and academia. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, a Master of Science degree from St. Francis University, a Physician Assistant degree from Miami Dade College, and an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Davenport University.

In her previous role as an administrator at a home health agency, Shaina played a pivotal role in establishing the company from the ground up. She successfully navigated the complex process of obtaining state licensure and ensured ongoing compliance with state regulations, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

Currently, Shaina serves as the Assistant Clinical Coordinator at Larkin University’s Physician Assistant Program. In this role, she leverages her clinical knowledge and management experience to enhance student learning and prepare future healthcare professionals for successful careers. Her responsibilities include developing clinical partnerships, supervising student placements, and facilitating hands-on training opportunities.

Passionate about education and mentorship, Shaina is dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for students. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, yoga, travelling, and actively participates in community service such as medical fairs and mission, professional organizations. She believes in the importance of creating pathways for future healthcare leaders and is committed to making a positive impact in the field.
