Dr. Meena Manepalli is currently a non-traditional PGY2 oncology pharmacy resident with Miami Cancer Institute (MCI), the first in the nation. Dr. Manepalli has completed a diverse and robust curriculum over the last 2 years of residency including exposure to many solid and liquid malignancies, and inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Manepalli also has extensive experience teaching various oncology-related topics and serving as the principal investigator for research projects.

Dr. Manepalli completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida (Gainesville) where she first developed her interest in oncology and in 2019 moved to Pensacola, FL for her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at West Florida Healthcare. Following her chapter as a PGY1 resident, Dr. Manepalli ventured south to Miami, FL to become a Clinical Pharmacist 2 with Baptist Health South Florida. Her time of about 2 years staffing as an inpatient oncology clinical pharmacist led her to quickly form a second family with Baptist and exponentially grew her passion for oncology.

Currently, Dr. Manepalli has developed an interest in breast cancer and inpatient hematology. She looks forward to developing a thorough knowledge base in other cancer types and continuing to strengthen networks.
